A multi-purpose complex comprising: Narrative Centre, Environmental Centre, Arts and Crafts centre, Outdoor Amphitheatre and Show House. The design was focused entirely on ecological sensitive principles and shines as a prototype in the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality of with a facility that educates surrounding communities on how to relate more appropriately their natural environment - in this case the Leeupan. The brief was expanded to include tourist facilities which are expected to enhance the sustainability of the project.
The buildings has incorporated aspects of the following systems:

• Green roof technology
• Thermal Mass earth floor
• Evaporative Cooling systems
• Earthtube technology
• Solar Enargy
• Trombe Wall technology
